Nick Kapiotis

Chief Legal Officer

Nick Kapiotis serves as Chief Legal Officer for CoAdvantage.

Nick brings over a decade of experience in the PEO industry, with national recognition for his legal expertise and advocacy on key industry issues. Prior to rejoining CoAdvantage, he served as General Counsel for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he worked closely with PEOs, legislators, and regulators at both the state and federal levels. His previous roles include corporate counsel positions with Paychex Business Solutions, Progressive Employer Management Company, and Modern Business Associates. Earlier in his career, Nick practiced as a commercial litigator for seven years.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University.
