John serves as the Chief Executive Officer for CoAdvantage.

Prior to CoAdvantage, John spent the last 10+ years at Paychex subsidiary, SurePayroll, where he led the Sales, Marketing, Service, and Technology teams through a significant growth phase. John has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Operational leadership roles, including 10+ years in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Economics and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
