John Utzig serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for CoAdvantage.

He brings over 35 years of experience in human capital management, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive performance, innovation, and engagement. Prior to CoAdvantage, John held senior HR leadership roles at Kraft Foods and Ardagh Metal Packaging – North America, where he led workforce modernization, succession planning, and business integration initiatives.

John holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
