John serves as Senior Vice President of Benefit Products for CoAdvantage.

He brings nearly 20 years of PEO experience and has been a licensed insurance agent for 18 years. Prior to CoAdvantage, John served as President of Progressive Employer Insurance Agency and Executive Vice President of Progressive Employer Management Company, overseeing employee benefits and property and casualty programs. Earlier in his career, he owned an insurance practice specializing in Health and Welfare plans, and held leadership roles across multiple PEOs, where he managed acquisitions, reorganizations, and national sales and marketing strategies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
