Michael Marino

Chief Sales Officer

Michael Marino serves as the Chief Sales Officer for CoAdvantage.

Prior to joining the CoAdvantage team, Michael spent the last 25 years as a leader in the HCM market. Throughout his career journey, he has held senior leadership roles in all aspects of the business, predominantly Sales but also leading Implementation, Customer Service, and Client Experience organizations as well. In all roles, Michael was able to drive growth and find success by creating a People First culture focused on hiring, developing, and retaining his people. Michael joined CoAd from Equifax, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Plymouth State University and he resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Carly, daughter Brooke, and their dog Hampton.
