Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for CoAdvantage.

He brings over 25 years of sales and sales management experience, including more than 20 years in the PEO industry with publicly traded organizations. Scott has led regional and national growth efforts, managing sales teams of up to 300 representatives, and has a proven track record of opening offices, training talent, and motivating teams. Prior to CoAdvantage, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Progressive Employer Management Company and as Vice President with Strategic Outsourcing, Inc.
