Kat Bush

Executive Vice President,
Payroll & Benefits Operations

Kat serves as Senior Vice President of Payroll and Benefit Operations for CoAdvantage.

She brings 20 years of PEO industry experience, leading payroll fulfillment and benefits operations for worksite employees and client organizations. Kat and her team ensure efficient, accurate payroll and responsive benefits enrollment, claims management, and reconciliation services. Prior to CoAdvantage, she served as Vice President of Payroll Operations for Progressive Employer Management Company.

Kat holds an Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) through the American Payroll Association.
