Christine Ramos serves as Director, Client HR Services at CoAdvantage, where she leads a team of certified HR professionals who provide advanced consulting to Account Executives and clients when complex needs arise. Since 2022, she has also overseen the HRIS Specialists who implement and support applicant tracking, performance management, I-9 and E-Verify tracking, and learning management so employers can run dependable programs at scale. Christine has been with CoAdvantage since 2004 in client services and HR account management. Before joining CoAdvantage, she worked in the IT industry as an HR Generalist and recruiter. In 2023, she helped design the current HR Business Advisor team and operating processes. Christine holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina and has been PHR certified since 2004. Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, she still calls it home. She has been married for 26 years, has two adult children in Charleston, and a dog named Checkers. She stays active outdoors and is hiking South Carolina state park trails while planning more national park trips. She is an avid Gamecock fan.
