TAMPA, Fla., February 28, 2019 – CoAdvantage Corporation (“CoAdvantage”), one of the nation’s top 3 privately held professional employer organizations (PEO) and a leading national provider of strategic human resource solutions for small to mid-sized companies, announced today the expansion of its California operations. Accommodating for recent growth, the Company has hired several experienced leaders for key roles in the California market and moved into new larger offices in Pasadena.
Among the recent additions is Lori Malveaux, who joins CoAdvantage as Director of Client Services, California, leading CoAdvantage’s Client Services team in the region. Malveaux, a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR and PHRca), has worked for over 20 years in the Human Resources field, including positions such as HR Client Executive and Client Services Team Leader at other PEO’s. She graduated with a B.S. degree from Pepperdine University.
With more than 15 years of experience in the California PEO industry, Maria Martin, recently joined CoAdvantage as Vice President Sales, California, leading the Company’s sales team in the state. Martin is a seasoned sales leader with a track record for consistently leading strong sales teams. Maria graduated with a B.A. degree from California State University.
Malveaux and Martin are both based out of CoAdvantage’s new Los Angeles area office. In October 2017, CoAdvantage, with headquarters in Tampa, Florida acquired Total HR, a California-based PEO. The former offices of Total HR in La Crescenta, just outside Los Angeles, are now re-located to new and larger offices in Pasadena under the brand name CoAdvantage. The new office, situated in the heart of the Pasadena business district, will accommodate the increasing staff and growth plans.
