
Travis Burch serves as National Sales Recruiter at CoAdvantage, where he sources, hires, and onboards sales and service talent to fuel national growth. Since 2022, he has recruited more than 200 professionals across more than 10 states, supporting 26 Regional Sales Managers and 4 Vice Presidents of Sales. His work helped grow the Business Consultant team from about 105 to 170 in two years.
Travis built standardized recruiting processes, integrated Predictive Index assessments, and partnered with PrimePay to align talent strategies following the acquisition. He draws on an external recruiting and executive search background that includes placing CFOs, VPs of Sales, software engineers, and other high-impact roles across PEO, HCM, payroll, and SaaS. Leaders rely on him for market expansion, talent strategy, and the early success of new hires, with several first year hires exceeding quota and earning Presidents Club.
Based in San Diego, California, Travis is a husband and father of four boys. He supports local initiatives and small businesses, mentors rising talent, and enjoys travel, sports, and outdoor adventures with his family.
