Shruthi Kasi

Shruthi Kasi serves as VP, Information Security at CoAdvantage, where she leads enterprise security strategy, governance, and risk management. Over ten years with the company, she built the security program from the ground up and partners across teams to protect data, meet regulatory requirements, and support client trust. Shruthi began her career in IT audit with Ernst & Young, then moved into hands-on security to implement the controls she once assessed. She earned a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. She coauthored an article in PEO Insider and holds the CCISO (EC-Council, 2019), CISSP (ISC2, 2005), CHSS, and CompTIA Security+ certifications. She volunteers with her local humane society, fostering cats, and has helped coach her son’s ROTC team for CyberQuest and CodeQuest competitions hosted by Lockheed Martin. Raised near Pittsburgh, she has lived in Tampa, Florida, for fourteen years. She enjoys travel, gardening, and orchids. She has two children. Her son is a freshman at the University of Maryland with plans for a cybersecurity career, and her daughter, sixteen, pursues art.
