Kristin Baldwin

Kristin Baldwin serves as Director of Compliance at CoAdvantage, where she tracks new laws, regulations, and court decisions nationwide and turns them into clear, workable guidance. She partners with payroll, tax, operations, and client teams to implement requirements, update policies, and reduce risk so busy employers can stay focused on growth. Before CoAdvantage, Kristin served as Director of State Government Affairs for NAPEO, representing the PEO industry and building coalitions with policymakers. Earlier in her career, she advocated for international automakers, the Kentucky Bourbon industry, and a metro chamber of commerce. Her strengths include legislative analysis, compliance program design, and stakeholder engagement. Kristin earned a B.S. in Economics from Centre College. She starts her day walking with her Treeing Walker Coonhound, Stella, and loves welcoming her son home from the school bus in the afternoon. She and her husband are active leaders in their Methodist church. As a family they enjoy the outdoors and the energy of college football in Tuscaloosa. Her guiding mantra is “survive in advance.”
