Jane Anderson serves as Director of Compliance at CoAdvantage, where she oversees regulatory adherence, employment tax, and payroll governance so clients can stay focused on growth. She brings 30 years in the PEO industry, including two years as Director of Compliance, 11 years as Director of Employment Tax, and six years as Payroll Manager. Before CoAdvantage, Jane led tax compliance at Staff Leasing/Gevity as Senior Manager. At CoAdvantage, she directed the annual W-2 program for 19 years and is known for building reliable, audit-ready processes that reduce risk and improve accuracy. She has been a Certified Payroll Professional since 2001. Jane earned a B.S. in Business Management and Economics from the University of Tampa. She lives in Palmetto, Florida, with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Archie Griffin, and they are passionate Ohio State fans. Away from work, she spends time with her granddaughter, Mayzie Jane.
