Darci Yurkovich

Darci Yurkovich serves as Director of Payroll Operations at CoAdvantage, where she oversees Payroll, Payroll Support, Distribution, Time and Labor Management, and Payroll Technology for GL and PTO. She leads teams that deliver accurate, on time pay, strong controls, and responsive service so clients can stay focused on their business. With 20 years in PEO services, including 10 at CoAdvantage, Darci has held roles in implementation, payroll, time and labor management, and quality assurance. She launched the Operations Quality Assurance function to improve payroll accuracy and client satisfaction. She also recognized the need for tailored support for large, complex clients, resulting in a dedicated Large Client Team that strengthens outcomes and the client experience. Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Darci is a Manatee High School graduate. She has been married for 18 years and is the mom of three teenage boys. She enjoys pool days with her family and loves to travel. Her guiding principle is simple and consistent with a career in customer service: every interaction counts.
