Darby Brown serves as Director of Field Safety at CoAdvantage, leading the Field Safety Consultant team to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses. Since 2014, Darby has partnered with local and national clients to evaluate worksites, deliver site-specific recommendations, and strengthen safety culture so employers stay productive and compliant.
Earlier, Darby held a threefold leadership role at Normandy Harbor Insurance Company as Director of Loss Control, Director of Underwriting, and Director of PEO Relations, overseeing time-sensitive underwriting and hands-on loss control service. At TriNet, Darby advanced from Field Risk Consultant to Regional Director of Risk Management. Darby has maintained industry-leading frequency and loss ratio performance and has presented at the National Workers’ Compensation Conference on behavioral safety.
Darby earned a B.A. in Communications from Jacksonville University and holds the ARM designation. Community service includes St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Habitat for Humanity, and the Sierra Club. Based in St. Johns, Florida, Darby enjoys paddling, hiking, rucking, pickleball, and making music. All household pets are rescues.
