Austin O'Brien

Austin O’Brien serves as Agency Director at CoAdvantage, leading strategy, operations, budgeting, and education for Non-Master Product Benefits. He helps SMBs select and manage coverage that simplifies administration and supports growth. Austin joined CoAdvantage in 2021 as a Business Consultant, became Alabama Sales Manager in 2022, and stepped into the role in 2025. A former NCAA Division I and semi-professional soccer player, he brings a competitive team mindset to plan design and risk management. He holds the GBDS credential and Group Benefits Associate designations in Plan Design and Strategic Benefits Management, and earned a degree in Business Management. Honors include Presidents Club 2022 and 2023 and 40 Under 40 Volusia County. He supports Grip it N Rip it For Kids for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central AL and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Austin lives in Pelham, Alabama, with his Schnauzer, Blu, and his wife, Nassrin. He follows Chelsea FC and enjoys hiking and golf.
