Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for CoAdvantage.

Scott has over 25 years of Sales and Sales Management experience, including more than 20 in the PEO industry, primarily with two different publicly traded organizations. He has managed growth and expansion efforts at the regional and national level with sales teams of up to 300 representatives. Scott has a proven track record of opening offices, training talent and motivating teams.

Most recently, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Progressive Employer Management Company. Prior to Progressive, Scott was a Vice President with Strategic Outsourcing, Inc.
