Before joining CoAdvantage, Nick served as General Counsel for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), the PEO industry’s national trade association. In this capacity, he regularly engaged with NAPEO’s PEO members, as well as with state and federal legislators and regulators, including the IRS and the Department of Labor. Additionally, Nick previously held the position of General Counsel at CoAdvantage and served as corporate counsel for several other PEOs, including Paychex Business Solutions, Progressive Employer Management Company, and Modern Business Associates.

Prior to his career in the PEO industry, Nick spent seven years in private practice as a litigator, focusing on commercial and contractual matters.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University. He is admitted to the New York Bar, the Florida Bar, and the Virginia Bar as Corporate Counsel.
