Kat serves as Senior Vice President of Payroll and Benefit Operations for CoAdvantage.

With 20 years of experience in the PEO industry, Kat’s expertise and leadership are key in ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service for the nearly 90,000 worksite employees who rely on CoAdvantage for payroll fulfillment.  Among the 4500 clients who leverage CoAdvantage’s benefit program, Kat and her team deliver efficient, responsive processes and service for benefits enrollment, claims management and reconciliation.

Prior to joining CoAdvantage, Kat was the Vice President of Payroll Operations for Progressive Employer Management Company. Kat is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association and earned her Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2010.
